If it’s your first initial counselling appointment, please book the session, “60-Minute Initial In-Person – Individual” and take some time to complete the online intake form that will be automatically sent to your e-mail after booking the session.

Location/Arrival Information Our office is located in the Royal Terraces professional building (5477 Wharf Ave). There is free client parking accessed via the parking lot of the pier. You can park in front of the entrance, which can be found by turning right in front of the building. You can park in the pier lot as well. The front door faces the Sunshine Coast Hwy/Teredo St and is hidden behind the bushes. Once you enter the building, walk to the end of the hall, turn right and turn left, walk through the little waiting area and the office is the first one on your left, Unit 2A. Note: if you have an appointment after 5:00 p.m. (weekdays) or on the weekend, the exterior door to the building is locked. We can greet you at the door to let you in.
